Description
Built by engineers of the Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) at the
University of Surrey's Spacecraft Engineering Research Group - UoSAT in the United Kingdom.
KO-23 is presently operating as a packet store-and-forward satellite,
very similar to UO-22 and KO-25. Ground station requirements are the same for all three spacecraft.
