CHAPTER 1. -DENOMINATION, AIM, ADDRESS AND LIMIT

Article 1) The Seronda association for cooperation  is constituted for indefinite time, without lucrative ends at

Its aim is to promote and to carry out actions, projects, help and cooperation programs for people most in need, the purpose being to contribute to improving the standard of living of such people, without exclusions of any type, in nutrition, health, education, housing and culture.

The association will handle the material and technical base for such actions, programs and projects developed with the necessary coordination for effectiveness.

Article 2) The association subjects its existence, structure, operation and activities to law 191/64 of December 24. It is totally independent from any organization or entity, and is constituted by people who share the objectives specified in article 1.

Article 3) The head office is at:

Manuel Llaneza , 68 - Gijón, C.P. 33208 - (Asturias - Spain)

It may transfer the head office and open other delegations and offices with prior consent and in agreement with the appropriate formalities.

Article 4) The association is constituted as a registered charity (Non-Governmental Organization) for the whole of the PRINCIPADO DE ASTURIAS.

Article 5)  Any individual sharing the aims of the association and able to assist may become a member if they so request it.  

The association is registered in the following official institutions:

Register of Associations in the Principality of Asturias, as nº 5,065.

Municipal Register of Associations in the Gijón City Council  as nº 612.
